WHAT IS POLYMER CLAY?
Polymer clay is a man-made clay that offers myriad possibilities for crafting jewellery and figurines. Polymer clay is also incredibly flexible and durable, meaning your pieces will last you a long time if you take good care of them. Owing to its nature, all pieces made with polymer clay are incredibly lightweight. If you have previously shied away from wearing chunky earrings owing to the weight, worry not! Polymer clay earrings will be your best bet!
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
I provide all payment options except cash on delivery.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
My normal dispatch window is 3-7 days. Orders once shipped are delivered within 7 days. In case of an exception, you will receive timely updates from my shipping partner.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Fleurir is a small venture where I handcraft all the pieces and hence I am currently unable to accept any returns.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY?
Partial refunds may be provided in the rare case of damage to the pieces during transit. However, kindly ensure that you send me a video and photographic evidence of the damage on the same day that you receive your order to claim the refund. Kindly keep in mind that every handmade product is unique and may have slight discrepancies, this is not considered a manufacturing defect, and as such no such complaints will be entertained. If you wish to cancel an order, you must do so within the hour by either writing to me via email or messaging me on Instagram. Post that, an order cannot be canceled and no refund will be provided for the same.
