STORE POLICY

At Fleurir, everything is crafted with superior quality polymer clay, a strong and durable medium that can survive some degree of rough usage. However, it is not recommended to bend or put extreme pressure on the pieces or they may break.

My normal dispatch period is 3-7 days. Shipping can take anywhere from 2-7 days depending on your location. In case of a delay with your order, you will be duly informed.

Fleurir is a small venture and since your jewellery is handmade, I am unable to accept returns at this point in time.

Your orders are packed securely but in a rare case of a product being damaged during transit, a partial refund may be provided. Please provide me with sufficient photographic and video evidence of the damage and raise the request on the same day that you receive your order.

Please keep in mind that all handmade products may have certain irregularities and that is what makes them unique. No two pieces will ever be the same. This is not considered a manufacturing defect and therefore claims of manufacturing defects will not be entertained.
